450 g angel hair

2 tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil

450 g medium prawns, peeled and deveined (thawed if frozen)

1 tsp. Italian seasoning

Freshly ground black pepper

3 cloves garlic, crushed

400 g chopped tomatoes

60 g double cream

25 g freshly grated Parmesan, plus more for garnish

Fresh basil, for garnish
