  • Fresh white fish
  • 4 burger buns, toasted
  • ⅓ cup Pams plain flour 
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 ½ cups Pams panko bread crumbs 
  • Rice bran or vegetable oil
  • 1 cup shredded white cabbage and one shredded red cabbage
  • ¼ red onion, thinly sliced
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • Juice of ½ lemon 
  • 1 Tbsp chopped fresh dill or parsley
