  • 4 thick salmon steak
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 5 tablespoons plain yogurt
  • Juice of 2 limes
  • 5 cloves garlic smashed into a paste
  • 1 small bunch of chopped coriander leaves
  • 1 inch ginger smashed into a paste
  • 1 tablespoon cumin powder
  • 1 – 2 tablespoons tandoori masala
  • 1 – 3 red chillies finely chopped
