Ingredients (Serves 4):
- 8 slices garlic toast (frozen or fresh)
- ½ cup pizza sauce or marinara
- 1 to 1½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- Toppings of your choice:
- pepperoni
- mushrooms
- black olives
- bell peppers
- cherry tomatoes
- oregano or basil
- Olive oil (optional)

Instructions:
1. Preheat the Oven:
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Line a baking tray with parchment paper and place the garlic toast slices on it.
