Ingredients
3 medium cucumbers,
peeled and sliced
1/4 inch thick
1 medium onion
sliced and separated into rings
3 medium tomatoes,
cut into wedges
1/2 cup vinegar
1/4 cup sugar
1 cup water
2 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon fresh coarse ground black pepper
1/4 cup oil

I got as far as writing down the ingredients but now what do you do I can’t find what you’re supposed to do with it
You just mix it all together and let it sit for a little while. Viola
You mix it all together then you cover with saran wrap and refrigerate it for maybe an hour or so or as long as you want and you read it very simple
Looks delicious, I will definitely try it because I enjoy pickled any thing.
