Ingredients:
1 kg chicken wings
1 lemon juice
2 tbsp honey
3 tbsp soy sauce
2 cloves garlic peeled and minced
1 thumb-sized piece of ginger peeled and minced
2 tbsp brown or light brown sugar
½ tsp salt
Directions:
Wash chicken wings and put in the lemon juice Pour your honey in a frying pan ,add soy sauce, minced gralic, ginger, salt, let the sugar melt and add your wings for 1 hour on medium fire. serve hot .
